Owning and caring for horses is a rollercoaster. They injure themselves easily, can have all sorts of ailments and worst of all they can’t tell us what’s wrong.

This is why your knowledge needs to be totally up to date- even if you’ve had horses for years! Knowledge and experience aren’t the same thing.

Updating your horse first aid knowledge means….

You don’t panic in an equine emergency – your horse needs you to be calm and know what to do

You know when you do need the vet, and when you can cope

You don’t accidentally make things worse for your horse – like delaying wound healing, causing a sore eye to become a serious condition or by delaying treatment by missing subtle signs.

Update your knowledge on our one day Horse First Aid Course – all training is delivered by our qualified veterinary expert, meaning you can trust the information that you will receive.

Join us on 15th June here at Hazlehurst Farm in our beautiful barn, for a day of learning and fun with other caring and committed horse owners.
