When we first moved to Hazelhurst, one of the first things we noticed was how well we slept. Maybe it’s the country air, or perhaps the lack of street lights. It’s difficult to know for sure, but whatever it is, we hope you wake up feeling as well rested as we do.

All our cottages are designed with your comfort and convenience in mind for fun packed days and cosy nights.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our cancellation policy is that all sums paid are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. After this point all sums outstanding are due and are fully chargeable.

Guests booking directly with us via our website also have the option to purchase enhanced booking protection to ensure the cost of their stay is covered up until the day of arrival, giving additional peace of mind.

NO DOGS:

Please note that we have a strict no pets policy due to the horses and livestock kept on site.

One double bedroom, shower room and a lounge / kitchen with two pull-out singles. Shepherd’s Crook is perfect for two, but will cater for four.

Dormouse

It may be the baby of the bunch, but Dormouse is the perfect hideaway just for two. In addition to the double bedroom, lounge/kitchen and shower room, there is a cosy seating nook on the mezzanine and a small but private terrace and garden.

The Milking Parlour

The high ceilings and exposed beams make a real feature in this cottage. One king size bedroom, shower room and a lounge/kitchen with pull-out for two additional guests. It also comes with its own garden and terrace.

Orchard Cottage

With the addition of a full length mezzanine floor, Orchard Cottage comfortably sleeps four with a king and two single beds upstairs and a bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen/breakfast room and separate lounge both have double doors opening onto a generous garden and sun terrace with a selection of fruit trees that give Orchard Cottage its name. A superb social space to sink a couple of drinks and hear the birdsongs.

Or perhaps relax into a comfy chair in the cosy lounge with its log burner ready to warm tired feet.

The Cowman’s Cottage

One king sized bedroom with solid four-poster overlooking the rolling pasture. A full bathroom and a beautiful lounge with a cosy log burner and doors opening onto the secluded garden. Heaps of room for couples, or comfy for four with a pull-out in the lounge giving two additional singles.

The kitchen/breakfast room looks onto The Cowman’s large cottage garden and private terrace.

The Farmhouse

Our picture-book Victorian Farmhouse will sleep up to eight guests, with two large master bedrooms and four single bunks in the third. Great for two families that want to share or for larger households over five people.
