Cancellation Policy

Our standard accommodation cancellation policy is that all sums paid are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. After this point all sums outstanding are due and are fully chargeable.

Guests booking directly with us via our website also have the option to purchase enhanced booking protection to ensure the cost of their stay is covered up until the day of arrival, giving additional peace of mind.
