Our usual accommodation cancellation policy is that all sums paid are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. After this point all sums outstanding are due and are fully chargeable.

However, due to the ever-changing COVID-19 restrictions, we hope the following amendment gives our customers the confidence to book directly with us without concern.

In the event of new government enforced COVID-19 restrictions that mean we are unable to fulfil our booking to you inside the 14 days before arrival, we would offer a full refund or allow dates to be changed.
